Fulfillment Policy

Please read this Fulfillment Policy carefully before using koredanceacademy.com (“the Site”), operated by the training group known as Kore Dance Academy (“us”, “we”, “our”, or "Kore Dance Academy team"). This policy outlines the application, purchase, and membership experience for all of our customers.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner (including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site, accessing the application link on the Site or submitting an application, or submitting credit card or other payment-related or personal information), you are acknowledging that you understand our fulfillment policy and are in agreement with all terms and policies outlined.

Application

​

Any prospective Kore Dance Academy member (one who would like to become a member of Kore Dance Academy) must first submit an application. A link to the application is available on our home page and may also be circulated via other modes of communication, such as Instagram, text, or email. Our application asks for personal information such as, but not limited to, name, email, and Instagram handle. We will never knowingly share this personal information with anyone outside of the Kore Dance Academy team.

We make an effort to respond to all applicants but reserve the right to not respond to any individual's application, for any reason of our choosing. Such reasons might include an incomplete application, the applicant's desired program already being at capacity, or deeming the applicant unfit for their desired program. Even in the case of not accepting an individual into their desired program, we usually notify them via email, but are under no obligation to do so.

Our team will review some or all of the applications we receive and use a mixture of subjective and objective criteria to determine if a given applicant is a good fit for their desired program. If an applicant is approved for a particular program, they will receive a welcome email with onboarding instructions. If an applicant's welcome email bounces or they do not reply, we may reach out to them directly via Instagram or another communication channel.

In some cases, individuals may apply for one program but be admitted to another program. In such a case, they will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to sign up for the program they were admitted to.

Purchase

​

Our welcome email will include specific instructions on how to sign up for and pay for one of our programs.

​

The most common method of sign-up and purchase will be through our website (koredanceacademy.com). To sign-up, members may go to our home page and then click "Register" under the program they have been admitted to. To access the private payment area, they may use the password provided in their welcome email.


During the payment process, individuals may have the option to pay via credit card or PayPal. We will never knowingly track or share personal payment-related information.

Membership

​

Upon completing sign up and submitting payment via our website, newly admitted Kore Academy members may receive a short payment confirmation message. They should notify the Kore Dance Academy team member they have been in touch with via email that they have completed the sign up process. We will then add the new member to a WhatsApp group for streamlined communication. We will either ask the new member for their phone number and add them directly to the relevant WhatsApp group, or we will provide them with a link they may follow to join the group on their own accord. By providing their phone number or joining using the provided link, new members are consenting to receive any and all communication from Kore Dance Academy team members and other members of the program who participate in the same group.

Kore Dance Academy members are strongly encouraged to attend all training sessions according to the schedule provided by the Kore Dance Academy team. With the exception of our Online program, all training will be provided in-person at the studio and during the timeframe reference in the aforementioned welcome email. Training session times are typically consistent week-to-week, but may be subject to change. If training session times change, members will be notified in a timely manner.

It is also worth noting that some individuals may have the opportunity to participate in multiple programs at the same time. These opportunities will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
